Fantastic location, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. The rooms are clean and spacious. But the guest services here were unmatched. They provided us with transportation to and back from the ski lifts, helped us with reservations/recommendations, they truly were wonderful. Ben was who we had most of our dealings with, he was nothing short of amazing. Thank you!

Absolutely incredible. Staff is wonderful and so caring. Gave the kiddos little stuffed animals on arrival and when kids woke up at 5am they gave them breakfast even though it wasn’t open. Michaela was so kind. The rooms are spacious and modern and the location is pristine. Our family will absolutely be back!

Stayed in the Grand Deluxe King room for a week. Overall, a great stay. The view from our room was picturesque. Housekeeping came every morning and did a thorough job of tidying up our room. Had all basic amenities as well as extra things like a humidifier, teepee, and 2-hour Audi rental.The breakfast was okay. They had the basic breakfast meals like eggs, potatoes, and bagels; no syrup for pancakes during our stay, though. All the staff were very friendly and conversational from the receptionist to the doorman. The only weird interaction during our week-long stay was a staff member hovering over my partner during breakfast, as if to monitor her. Another grievance is accidental reservation by concierge for Alpine Coaster during a day where it was closed. The hotel is in downtown Aspen where there’s a bunch of stores, restaurants, gondola to Aspen mountain, and shuttles nearby. As a beginner skier, I’ll stay at the Limelight Snowmass for our next trip since that mountain is more beginner friendly. Other than that, I would definitely come again.
